What are Loyalty Points?

As a customer of Catori Collection, you will earn reward points when you spend money here in the shop.
You can redeem your points against future orders, once you have accumulated 100 Loyalty Points.

This is our way of thanking you, our valued customers, for always choosing to come on back to shop with us!
 

How can I be sure that my purchase accumulates Loyalty Points?

You MUST create yourself a personal account here on the Catori Collection website.  Once your order status has been updated to "COMPLETE", your Loyalty Points will be added to your account automatically.

IMPORTANT - Loyalty Points are NOT added to orders where the customer does a checkout as a "GUEST".  This is because the system needs to know which personal account to assign the Loyalty Points to.
 

How long do the points remain valid for?

Loyalty Points are valid to use within 3 months based on your last order date.  So, for example, if a customer has 100 points which expire next month but they place an order today, it will extend the validity of their first 100 points plus their new points for another 3 months.
